It has come to our attention that the new parent email group to which the school’s weekly Toksave and other correspondence has been sent to, is not working correctly. It appears that although all email addresses have been added to the group, due to some error, some families have not been receiving emails. This issue is currently with Newcrest IT to rectify. In the meantime, the school’s Toksave is still available each week through Townsite Messages, the school’s Facebook page and on the school’s website www.lipschool.com.au . If you do not receive the Toksave, please email email@example.com and the link will be sent to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We would like all parents to ensure that they have current and up-to-date contact details for the school. A form has been sent home with each child to be completed and returned to the class teacher. The form can also be accessed through the link below.

A reminder to parents and carers that in line with Newcrest Covid-19 prevention practices, students who may have travelled out of Lihir during the holiday break are expected to isolate on return for 14 days and be tested at the Lihir Medical Centre prior to returning to school.
