Week 6 – Term 2 2020
Thank you to the family members who participated in student led conferences last night. It was a good opportunity for students to share with someone significant what they have been learning at home this term. Students in the high school prepared a Learning Video that was shared with someone at home. The video will be played again this Friday at our virtual assembly.
Please note that although some PNG schools opened for a trial period, it is expected that LIS will remain closed for the duration of Term 2, unless otherwise directed by Newcrest management. We are planning for the school to open in Term 3 pending appropriate approvals and processes in place.
Please do not forget to join our assembly at 9am tomorrow. Click on the Meet link in the LIS Assembly classroom in Google Classroom and remember to mute your microphone.
